Simple Things

It's amazing to see what reactions you get if you just get out of a rickshaw and thank the driver. The simple shock on their faces is worth it.

Yeah, I know I've been away a while. Hopefully, this marks a comeback.

I always do it. Some of them react adorably, smiling and looking down and all. :P

Others just speed off. Hmph

the smaller the gesture the larger the impact. and you can't imagine how a simple thank you makes their day. such sweet souls some of them are. sigh!

PS: you were never gone.

You can't blame them. Not used to it, na?

Some of them love it, yeah! I always thank them. Even when they don't have change. I even thank bus conductors & ladies who scoot to accommodate me on the '4th seat' in the train. Fun comes.

I sometimes, when I'm really happy, even smile at strangers. More fun comes. =)

Cheers. Keedas. Peace.

Speaking of conductors, have you ever given them exact change? And have you given them 25p coins?

@ Peru.
Yeah, that smiling at random people one is a real doozy. Love the reactions on that one.

@ The Rat.
Must try that one out.

@ Ki.
Tcha! Learn to tone down the edginess. Hmph. =p

@ Patrick.
Yeah, I once gave a conductor five tenners and asked for a fifty. The next seat that opened up, he gave to me. =)
